These files contain the list of IP ranges accessible from a local only Internet
Solutions ADSL account in South Africa. They are generated by parsing the
output of "show ip bgp" from local-route-server.is.co.za. They are updated
every 6 hours, and the latest version is available as "latest.txt". Each list has
a .sha1 file containing the SHA1 hash of the list.
